I’m a real estate investor and a real estate agent in Augusta, GA.
How long have you been involved in real estate?
I’ve been involved in real estate as an agent for six years and as a real estate investor for over a year now.
How do you get started in real estate?
I’ve always been interested in real estate. I was single mom and did hair. In 2016 I learned about becoming a real estate agent and realized I could do both things while raising my kids.
What have been your favorite things about real estate?
I love helping people solve problems. From foreclosure, to being behind on payments, to bankruptcy. Helping clients be able to sell their house.
How did you get involved in real estate investing?
With six years helping people buy and sell houses and helping investors get great deals on properties, I realized that real estate investing would be a great solution.
